Submit the receipt to your company's expense system the same way you would for any business expense. The receipt clearly identifies the service as a professional headshot session for tax and reimbursement purposes.

Yes. If your company is paying us directly rather than reimbursing you, we can invoice them after your session. Send us a quick note via the Contact form with your company billing contact and we'll set up the booking and direct billing on our end. Most direct-billed sessions are paid via company check or ACH within 30 days of the session.

Standard ($350 all-in) is a 20-minute session with one outfit and one background, producing one retouched headshot. Best for new hires whose company gave them a budget for a single LinkedIn and directory headshot. Premium ($450 all-in) is a 1-hour session with multiple outfits and backgrounds, still producing one retouched headshot included. Best for senior roles, multi-platform use, or anyone who wants more options to choose from.

Yes. Additional retouched images are $125 each and selected after your session from the in-session review. Most new hires purchase one image for LinkedIn and company directory use. If your company has authorized a higher budget for multiple platforms, additional images can be added during the selection process and included on the same receipt and invoice.

Solid colors photograph best. Avoid loud patterns, busy logos, or bright whites. For a corporate headshot, a blazer or structured top reads as professional across LinkedIn, company directory, and any platform your role appears on. A wardrobe guide is sent automatically when you book. If your company has a specific dress code or visual style for executive portraits, mention it at booking.

Most sessions are booked within a week of inquiry. After your session, the retouched final is delivered in 2-3 business days. If you need rush turnaround for a specific deadline like a press release, conference, or major project launch, mention it at booking and we'll work to accommodate.

The ATX Headshots studio is at 600 S. Bell Blvd, Suite 7, Cedar Park, TX 78613. About 25 minutes from downtown Austin and easily accessible from 183 and 1431. Free dedicated parking directly in front of the studio, no meters, no garages, no valet.

If something is not working during the session, we adjust on the spot. If you leave without a headshot you are proud to use, we reshoot at no charge.

Sessions can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before your appointment at no charge. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the booking deposit. If something work-related comes up at the last minute, call the studio directly at 512-790-8298 and we'll work with you.
