Brief and prep.
Book online or call the studio. A prep email follows within one business day covering wardrobe, an existing partner photo to match if needed, and the use cases for the headshot. No guesswork before the session.
Coached session.
Posture, chin angle, expression, and hand placement. Every shot is directed. You do not need to know how to pose. Images are reviewed on screen during the session so you choose your selects before you leave the studio.
Retouched and delivered.
Selected images are retouched by hand, sized for firm websites, bar directories, and LinkedIn, and delivered within three business days. Background matching applied if the firm directory requires it.

Retouching is priced separately at $125 per image. Do you photograph at our firm or in your studio?
Both. Most individual attorneys come to the studio in the Austin metro, but the studio also travels to law firms across Austin for partner sessions, team sessions, and any situation where it is easier for the firm to schedule a photographer on-site than to send attorneys offsite. A full mobile lighting and backdrop setup travels with every on-location session so the result matches studio quality.
Can you match our firm's existing partner headshots?
Yes. Send an example partner photo from your firm's website. Background color, lighting style, and crop are matched so the new headshot for an associate, lateral hire, or recently promoted partner blends seamlessly into the existing firm directory. Firm directory matching is included on every session, no upcharge.
How often should I update my attorney headshot?
A strong attorney headshot has a useful lifespan of three to five years. Update sooner if you have made partner, lateraled to a new firm, or your appearance has changed significantly. The cost of a dated firm bio photo is higher than the cost of a fresh session, especially when you are being evaluated alongside opposing counsel on case opposition pages and bar directory listings.
What should I wear for a lawyer headshot?
Conservative is the safest direction. Solid dark suit, white or light blue shirt, and a conservative tie for men. Solid dark blazer or suit jacket and simple jewelry for women. Can you bill the firm directly?
Yes. Standard receipts and invoices are provided for reimbursement, and firms can be billed directly for partner sessions or attorney headshots paid by the firm. Net 30 terms are available on request for established firms and procurement-managed bookings.
