Individual headshot sessions are $295 for a 30-minute Studio Headshot session, $395 for a one-hour Professional session, and $595 for a two-hour Executive Portrait session. One retouched image included. Additional retouched images are $125 each, or $95 each at three or more.

Corporate team sessions are quoted individually by team size and location. There is no flat day rate; the per-person rate scales down as headcount grows.

The Studio Headshot session runs 30 minutes and produces a clean, ready-to-use photo for working professionals who need a single up-to-date image. The Professional session runs one hour and allows for two to three outfit changes plus background variation. The Executive Portrait session runs two hours and is built for high-stakes use cases: firm websites, speaker bios, press features, board materials, and proxy filings.

Corporate team sessions are scheduled in five to ten minute slots per person. The studio handles all session logistics so your team is not sitting around waiting.

Solid colors photograph better than busy patterns. Navy, charcoal, white, cream, deep red, and forest green all read clean on camera. Avoid bright florals, very thin stripes, small checks, and anything with a logo across the chest. Fit matters more than brand. A well-fitted shirt or blazer in a basic color will outperform an expensive piece that is too loose or too tight.

For Studio Headshot sessions, two outfit options is enough. For Professional and Executive Portrait sessions, three to four works well. A blazer over a different shirt counts as two looks.

For most working professionals, no. Most clients handle hair and makeup themselves the way they would for an important meeting. Anyone wearing makeup daily for work generally photographs well in their normal routine.

The studio is located in the Austin metro at 600 S. Bell Blvd, Suite 7. Approximately 20 minutes north of downtown Austin. Easy access from Leander, Round Rock, Georgetown, Pflugerville, and the broader Austin metro. Free parking on site.

For corporate team sessions of 15 or more, the full studio travels to your Austin office, conference room, or event venue.
