Individual headshot sessions at our Cedar Park studio start at 225 dollars for a twenty-minute Express session, 325 dollars for a one-hour Professional session, and 525 dollars for a two-hour Executive session. Retouching is priced separately starting at 125 dollars per image. Corporate team sessions are quoted by team size and location, with half-day on-location rates starting at 3,995 dollars.

Most working professionals book the Express session, which runs twenty minutes and produces a clean LinkedIn-ready photo. Professional sessions run up to one hour and allow for two to three outfit changes plus background variation. Executive sessions run two hours and are designed for high-stakes use cases like firm websites, speaker bios, and press features.

Corporate team sessions are scheduled in five to ten minute slots per person, with our team handling logistics so your staff isn't sitting around waiting.

Solid colors photograph better than busy patterns. Navy, charcoal, white, cream, deep red, and forest green all read clean on camera. Avoid bright florals, very thin stripes, small checks, and anything with a logo across the chest. Fit matters more than style. A well-fitted shirt or blazer in a basic color will outperform an expensive piece that's too loose or too tight.

For Express sessions, two outfit options is enough. For Professional and Executive sessions, three to four works well. A blazer over a different shirt counts as two looks. Layers are your friend.

For most working professionals, no. Most clients prefer to handle hair and makeup themselves the way they would for an important meeting. For Executive sessions and corporate team bookings where the photos will be used at scale, we can recommend trusted Austin-based hair and makeup artists, or build on-site styling into a corporate quote. Anyone wearing makeup daily for work generally photographs well in their normal routine.

Same-day proofs are available at the studio for individual sessions, so you leave knowing which images you want. Final retouched images are typically delivered within five business days. For corporate team sessions, we deliver a private gallery with all selects, and retouched images follow on the timeline agreed in your quote, usually one to two weeks depending on team size.

For corporate team sessions of fifteen or more, we typically bring the studio to your office anywhere in the Austin metro.

Express: two outfits. Professional: three to four. Executive: as many as you want within the two-hour session. A change of jacket or blazer counts as a different look, so you don't have to bring entirely different outfits to get visual variety. We have space at the studio for you to change between looks.

The session fee covers studio time, professional lighting, multiple background options, full direction throughout the session, and same-day proof viewing so you know which photos you want before you leave. Retouched final images are priced separately so you only pay for the photos you actually want to use. This keeps the entry price accessible and lets you scale up if you need multiple final images for different platforms.

For corporate teams, retouching is folded into the per-person rate quoted upfront so there are no surprises.
