Pricing is per person with progressive tier rates, so larger teams pay less per person automatically. The first ten people in any project are billed at the small-team rate, the next bracket of people at a lower rate, and so on as the team size grows. A flat on-site studio setup is added for the location work.

On larger sessions, half-day and full-day flat rates are also calculated and applied if they produce a lower total. You always pay the better of the two.

Yes. ATX Headshots carries full professional insurance coverage. A certificate of insurance can be provided to any corporate client whose procurement process or building requires one, typically within one business day of request.

Most large corporate offices, financial services firms, healthcare facilities, and shared workspaces require a COI before allowing vendors on-site. We handle this routinely as part of standard project setup.

Yes. Corporate references are available on request from clients across financial services, technology, legal, professional services, and healthcare. References include named contacts who have managed corporate headshot projects through ATX Headshots and can speak to project execution, communication, and delivery.

For confidentiality reasons, references are shared one-to-one rather than published publicly. Most are provided within one business day of request.

Every corporate session has a documented backup plan. For illness, emergency, or any unavoidable conflict, the first option is to reschedule the session to the nearest available date with no change in pricing or scope.

For time-sensitive projects where rescheduling is not possible, ATX Headshots maintains relationships with a small network of vetted corporate-specialist photographers in Austin who can step in as second-shooter or replacement on documented project specifications. The session runs on the agreed date regardless of the individual photographer.

Confidentiality is standard for corporate sessions. NDAs are accepted for any project where the corporate client requires one, signed before any work begins and covering project details, attendee identities, and image use.

Setup takes forty-five minutes and the footprint is roughly ten feet by fifteen feet of clear floor space with one outlet. A boardroom, lobby corner, or unused office works perfectly. No construction, no dedicated room, no disruption to the rest of the floor.

For larger sessions we set up a custom sign-up form your team uses to book individual time slots in advance. Slots are typically three to five minutes apart depending on session type. Your participant list can be uploaded by CSV or your team can self-register through the form.

The schedule keeps the day running on time and removes your EA from chasing people down the morning of. Sign-up scheduling is available as part of larger quotes and is often included.

Yes. Remote employees can be photographed at our Cedar Park studio when they travel through Austin, then composited into the final team delivery. Backgrounds and lighting are matched precisely so the remote employee's headshot looks like it was taken with the rest of the team.

Yes. Company-wide refreshes that span departments, locations, or schedules can be structured across multiple days with backgrounds and lighting matched precisely between sessions. The technical setup is identical at every session, so every face ends up on the same matched background.

Multi-day projects are common for full-roster employee headshot programs and large company refreshes.

Every captured image can be automatically renamed with the participant's name as we shoot, ready for HR systems, badge printers, company directories, and bar profiles. Each participant also receives their own branded online gallery delivered to their inbox after the session.

From the gallery, each person can select their final retouched images, download their favorites, and request additional retouching. Your EA does not have to coordinate fifty separate file deliveries.

Standard delivery is 5-7 business days from the day of the session, depending on team size and scope. Expedited delivery is available on request for time-sensitive launches, board meetings, press releases, and corporate communications deadlines.

Each retouched image includes natural skin retouching, blemish removal, glasses glare reduction, stray hair cleanup, and clothing adjustments. No plastic skin, no AI smoothing.

Last-minute changes, no-shows, and walk-ups are accommodated on the day. If a key team member misses the session entirely, they can come to our Cedar Park studio for a single matched session, or we can return on-location for a small follow-up depending on team size.

Yes. We travel for corporate sessions to San Antonio, Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth, and beyond. Out-of-area travel is quoted by trip based on distance, accommodation, team size, and project scope. Out-of-area minimums apply for small teams.

Austin metro coverage including Cedar Park, Round Rock, Georgetown, Leander, and Pflugerville is included with no additional travel fee.
