Built For Every Team Size

From small executive teams to full-company team photo days.

Every corporate headshot project starts with three questions: how many people, where, and when. Find your team size below to see what to expect for scope, throughput, and pricing. Most quotes come back the same business day.

Corporate team headshots, employee headshots, and staff headshots collage, professional group photography across multiple companies and team sizes by ATX Headshots
5–15 People

Small executive teams & small firms

Tight, fast on-location office headshot sessions for partners, leadership groups, financial advisors, and small Austin firms. Studio-grade lighting and backdrops are set up in your office or boardroom. Most sessions wrap in two to four hours with real-time gallery review during the session, so your team selects favorites before we leave.

This is the format used by boutique law firms, wealth management practices, financial advisor offices, and executive teams refreshing leadership pages. Throughput is typically five to seven minutes per person to allow for two to three poses and a wardrobe change.

From $150 per person, decreasing as your team grows. Plus a flat $500 on-site studio setup.

15–60 People

Standard staff headshots & office refreshes

Half-day or full-day on-location employee headshot sessions for full Austin offices, multi-department refreshes, and growing companies updating their entire staff at once. Sign-up scheduling keeps the team photo day running on time. Three to five minutes per person, eleven to twelve people per hour, with matched backgrounds and consistent lighting across every shot.

This is the most common corporate headshot booking and the format used by mid-size tech companies, financial services firms, professional services groups, and healthcare practices. Each participant receives their own private gallery for selection. Retouched finals delivered on the timeline agreed in your quote.

$140 per person at this tier, dropping to $110 once your team passes thirty. Plus a flat $500 on-site studio setup.

60–500+ People

Large events & company-wide employee rollouts

Full-day or multi-day company refreshes, conferences, conventions, and full-roster employee headshot programs. Sign-up scheduling and queue management keep throughput at seventy or more people per full day with a single photographer. Second photographer and additional stations available for high-volume team photo days that need to clear hundreds of people in a fixed window.

This is the format used for company-wide leadership refreshes, annual conference headshot booths, intern and new-hire batch sessions, and trade show activations. Multi-day projects can be split across departments, locations, or schedules with backgrounds matched precisely between sessions.

$95 per person at this tier, dropping to $85 once your team passes one hundred. Plus a flat $500 on-site studio setup.

Progressive pricing means larger teams pay less per person. Each price tier applies only to the people in that bracket, not the whole team. The structure rewards larger teams without penalizing smaller ones.

Half-day and full-day flat rates are also available. On larger sessions, we calculate both per-person and flat-rate totals on every quote and apply whichever is lower. You always pay the better of the two.

Included At Every Price Point

The full mobile studio brought to your Austin office.

Every corporate session includes professional lighting and backdrop setup at your location, expert posing and expression coaching for every participant, real-time image review during each person's session, a branded individual gallery delivered to every team member, and high-resolution file delivery ready for HR systems and company directories.

Available as options on every project: online sign-up scheduling for your team, file renaming with participant names as captured, real-time gallery selection during the session, leadership and executive portrait upgrade, and professional retouching selected by each participant from their own gallery. Each option is quoted as part of your project rather than added as a surprise line item.

Tell us your team size, location, and date. Most quotes come back the same business day with recommended session format, throughput estimate, and answers to any specific questions about your project.

A Specialty Service for Leadership Teams

One unified team portrait. Built to grow with your team.

For small leadership teams, executive committees, and partner groups, a composite group portrait solves a problem the standard team headshot cannot. Each team member is photographed individually, then assembled into one unified image that looks like a single moment in time, except it can be updated year after year without reshooting the entire team.

Designed for teams of 5 to 20. Composites work best for leadership rosters, executive committees, partner pages, and small firm About sections where staff headshots need to stay consistent and the team changes over time. Larger company-wide employee headshot projects are better served by the standard team format above.

Composite group portrait built from individual corporate headshots and employee headshots, custom background, professional team photography by ATX Headshots
What It Solves

The team photo problem most leadership teams already have

Most law firm partner pages, financial advisory rosters, and executive team images go stale fast. A new partner is admitted and the page now has a mismatched headshot tacked on the end. A team member leaves and the photo is suddenly outdated. Booking a full reshoot is expensive and getting everyone in the same room at the same time is harder every year.

A composite group portrait removes the constraint. The team page stays current without ever needing a full reshoot. One image, maintained over years, that always reflects the current team accurately.

How It Works

Photographed individually, assembled together

Each team member is photographed in a controlled session at our Cedar Park studio or on-location at your Austin office. Lighting, posing, and background are matched precisely across every person, even when sessions happen on different days or in different locations.

After the shoot, individual portraits are composited into a single team image with a custom background of your choosing. Realistic shadows, accurate scale, and natural spacing are added for a result that reads as a real group photo, not a cutout collage.

Why Teams Choose It

One polished image that works across every channel

Getting an entire leadership team in the same room at the same time has become nearly impossible. Remote partners, travel schedules, executive calendars, and hybrid work make traditional group photos a logistics challenge that often takes longer to coordinate than to shoot.

A composite portrait removes that coordination problem entirely. The final image looks unified, polished, and on-brand. Teams use composites for About pages, leadership rosters, annual reports, investor materials, and recruiting collateral where consistency matters more than the photo being captured in one moment.

Built To Update

Add a new partner without reshooting the team

When someone joins or leaves, the composite is updated rather than rebuilt. New hires book a single individual session at the Cedar Park studio or on-location, photographed against the same matched background and lighting, then added into the existing composite. Departing team members are removed cleanly.

This is the workflow used by law firms updating partner pages after a new admit, financial advisory practices adding associates, and executive teams maintaining a current leadership portrait. Each individual portrait also doubles as that person's own headshot for LinkedIn, the company website, and bar or industry directories.

Composite Pricing

Two ways to build your team composite.

Composite Only

Starting at$2,150

Up to 6 team members, one assembled group image.

$200 per additional person

  • Each member photographed individually
  • Custom background of your choosing
  • Professional assembly with realistic shadows and spacing
  • Final high-resolution composite file
Most Firms Choose This

Composite + Individual Headshots

Starting at$2,950

Up to 6 team members, composite plus a standalone headshot for each person.

$425 per additional person

  • Everything in Composite Only
  • One retouched individual headshot per member, delivered separately
  • Ready for LinkedIn, the firm website, and bar or industry directories
  • A private gallery for every member

Keeping It Current

  • Add a team member later: $425, we photograph their composite frame and a retouched headshot, then insert them into the existing composite
  • Remove a departing member: $150, updated composite back in about 5 business days

Pricing assumes capture at our Cedar Park studio. On-location sessions at your Austin office and larger rosters are quoted with your project.

Curious if a composite is right for your team?

Composites are a specialty service quoted by team size, scope, and how often the team changes. Every project is built differently depending on whether you need a one-time portrait or a long-term solution that updates over years.

Send your team size, location, and target date. Most quotes come back the same business day with a recommended format, scope, and an honest read on whether a composite or a standard team session is the better fit for your situation.

How A Team Photo Day Actually Runs

Four steps from quote to delivery. None of them are your problem.

Eleven years of corporate sessions, employee headshot rollouts, and staff headshot programs have refined every step of this workflow. The result for the person managing the project on your side is straightforward: you handle the people, we handle everything else. Here is exactly how the day runs from quote request to final files.

01 Quote & Confirm

Your quote returns the same business day. Your date is held with one deposit.

Tell us your team size, your Austin location, and your target date through the quote form. Most quotes come back within one business day with scope, throughput estimate, and a fixed total. No per-person hidden fees and no surprise add-ons at invoice time.

Once approved, the date is held with a single deposit and a calendar block is sent to your operations contact. From this point forward you have one direct line of communication for every detail of the session. No bouncing between sales and operations, no chasing replies.

02 Studio Setup On-Site

Your office is ready for shooting in 45 minutes. One outlet, ten feet of floor space.

We arrive ninety minutes before the first scheduled slot and have the full setup ready in forty-five minutes. Studio strobes, professional backdrops, posing tools, tethered review screen, and lighting modifiers, the same equipment used at the Cedar Park studio.

The footprint needed is roughly ten feet by fifteen feet of clear floor space with one outlet. A boardroom, lobby corner, or unused office works perfectly. No construction, no dedicated room, no disruption to the rest of the floor.

03 The Session Itself

Your team is photographed with coaching built into every slot.

Each person spends two to three minutes in front of the camera with posing, expression, and angle coached in real time so no one is left guessing. We guarantee a minimum of twenty participants per hour and often shoot more. Half-day sessions accommodate up to sixty-five people. Full-day sessions accommodate up to one hundred and thirty.

The lighting, posing, and review process is identical for every person. The coaching that goes into the first slot of the day goes into the last. Your team gets a real headshot experience, not a conveyor belt.

04 Delivery & Retouching

Your team receives branded individual galleries, ready to select and download.

Every participant receives their own branded online gallery delivered straight to their inbox after the session. Each person can review their images, select retouching, download their selects, and request additional retouching directly from their gallery. Your EA does not coordinate fifty separate file deliveries.

Selected images are retouched to ATX standard with natural skin retouching, blemish removal, glasses glare reduction, stray hair cleanup, and clothing adjustments. No plastic skin, no AI smoothing. Final delivery runs seven to ten business days depending on team size and scope. Expedited delivery available on request.

Available Throughout

Corporate workflow capabilities, layered in based on your project.

These capabilities are not standard steps in every session, they are tools we layer in when your project needs them. Each is included in your custom quote based on what your team photo day actually requires.

Online sign-up scheduling

A custom sign-up form your team uses to book individual time slots in advance. Removes your EA from chasing people down the morning of. CSV upload or self-registration.

Real-time gallery selection

Every shot reviewed on a tethered screen during the session. Each team member selects their favorites before they leave the room. Selections pushed to retouching same day.

File renaming as captured

Every image automatically renamed with the participant's name as we shoot. Delivered ready for HR systems, badge printers, company directories, and bar profiles without manual renaming.

Leadership and executive upgrade

Extended session time for executive team members, partners, and leadership groups. Additional background options, environmental portraits, and a longer creative window per person.

The day runs because the system runs.

Eleven years of corporate sessions have refined every step of this workflow. The reason a fifty-person team day finishes on time, the reason your EA does not chase down stragglers, the reason every headshot in the final delivery looks like it belongs to the same set, none of it is accidental. It is the product of the system above, repeated session after session, project after project.

By the time your project reaches our calendar, this workflow has run hundreds of times across financial services teams, technology companies, law firms, healthcare practices, and executive groups. You are not our first corporate session. You will not be our hundredth.

A Corporate Vendor, Not a Photographer With a Sideline

Everything an EA, ops lead, or HR director actually needs from a corporate vendor.

Eleven years specializing in corporate team headshots, employee headshots, and staff headshots at scale has produced a different kind of headshot business. Built for the procurement processes, compliance requirements, and operational standards corporate buyers actually need. Here is what that looks like in practice, and what most photographers in the same search results genuinely cannot offer.

Specialization

Eleven years specializing in headshots specifically

Not weddings or families or general portraits with a corporate sideline. Every workflow, every piece of equipment, every system in the studio is built for corporate headshot sessions at scale. Professional member of the Professional Photographers of America (PPA).

The gap: Most Austin photographers running corporate sessions also shoot weddings, families, real estate, or events. Their workflow and equipment are split across multiple business models.

Background Consistency

Matched backgrounds across years, sessions, and new hires

Background color recorded by hex value. Lighting modifiers and angle documented per project. Camera height, focal length, and crop standardized. This is the practice that lets a new hire's headshot drop cleanly into a team page shot two years ago.

The gap: Without documented technical specifications, matching a new hire to an existing team page is impossible. Most photographers can shoot a great headshot, but cannot reproduce one.

Multi-Station Scale

Two photography stations running in parallel when projects need it

Two complete photography kits owned in-house, cameras, strobes, backdrops, and tethering laptops. For high-volume team photo days with hard deadlines, both stations deploy on the same day with a second photographer. Identical equipment, identical lighting, matched output. Throughput effectively doubles without losing consistency.

The gap: Most local headshot photographers own one camera, one set of lights, one backdrop. They physically cannot scale a single-day session past one station, even when the project demands it.

HR-Ready Delivery

Files sized, named, and formatted for corporate systems

Files renamed with participant names as captured, delivered in resolutions and formats ready for HR systems, badge printers, company directories, and bar profile uploads. Your IT team plugs the files in without rework.

The gap: Most corporate headshot deliveries arrive as "here's a Dropbox link" with files named camera-style (IMG_4172.jpg). Renaming a fifty-person delivery costs HR several hours of manual work.

Procurement & Compliance

Insured, NDA-ready, COI within one business day

Full professional insurance coverage. Certificates of insurance provided to any corporate buyer whose procurement or building requires one. NDAs accepted for sensitive sessions. Set up for the procurement standards large corporate offices, financial services firms, healthcare facilities, and shared workspaces actually require.

The gap: Many local photographers carry general liability only, no professional coverage, or no coverage at all. Procurement teams at larger firms screen them out before the quote is even read.

Real Session Experience

Coaching for every person, identical from first slot to last

Posing, expression, and angle coached in real time during each two-to-three minute session. Tethered review on a dedicated screen. The same coaching that goes into the first slot of the day goes into the last. Your team gets a real headshot experience, not a conveyor-belt processing.

The gap: High-volume photo booths and assembly-line corporate operations clear bodies through the chair fast, but skip the coaching that produces a headshot people actually like. Your team can tell the difference, and so can your manager.

The reason this matters: most photographers are not set up for any of this.

The average Austin headshot photographer shoots weddings, families, and the occasional corporate session between other work. Their workflow does not include matched-background documentation, dual-station scale capability, HR-ready file delivery standards, procurement-grade insurance, or session-quality consistency at corporate volume. For a company-wide employee headshot rollout, that gap is the difference between a session that finishes on time and one that requires three weeks of cleanup.

The capabilities above are the difference between a photographer who can take a good headshot and a vendor who can deliver a professional corporate session at scale. Send your team size, location, and target date, and we will quote the project to your specifications.

Background Consistency

Matched backgrounds, lighting, and angle across every session.

A great corporate headshot in isolation is one thing. A consistent set of employee headshots and staff headshots across an entire team, year after year, new hire after new hire, is something else entirely. This is the technical work most photographers do not do, and the reason corporate teams who care about consistency keep coming back.

Technical Foundation

Calibrated lighting and backgrounds, every time

Every corporate session uses calibrated studio strobes, professional backdrops, and a tethered review setup. Background color is recorded by hex value. Lighting modifiers and angle are documented for the project file. Camera height, focal length, and crop are standardized.

This is the technical foundation that lets the next session, six months from now, look identical to the one we just shot. It does not happen by accident.

Multi-Session Matching

New hires drop cleanly into existing rosters

When a new hire needs to match a team headshot taken last year or two years ago, we shoot against the same backdrop color, with the same lighting setup, at the same camera height and crop. The new headshot drops directly into your existing leadership page or company directory without anyone noticing it was shot separately.

Send us a sample of your existing headshots and we calibrate the new session to match.

Remote & Multi-Day

Remote employees, multi-office, multi-day projects

For company-wide refreshes that span departments, locations, and schedules, the technical setup is identical at every session. Remote employees can be photographed at our Cedar Park studio when they travel through Austin. Multi-office projects can be shot across weeks. Every face ends up on the same matched background with the same lighting.

One project, one consistent set of headshots, even when the photography happens across departments, locations, or weeks.

The reason your team headshots look like a set.

The two collages above are real corporate sessions delivered across multiple shoot days. Every person was photographed individually, often weeks apart, on the same background, with the same lighting, at the same angle. Consistency at this level is a deliberate technical practice, not a coincidence. It is what turns a folder of headshots into a corporate roster that looks intentional.

Corporate Team Headshots FAQ

Common questions, direct answers.

Everything corporate teams ask before booking an employee headshot session, a staff headshot rollout, or a team photo day. If something is not covered here, send us a note through the quote form and we will answer directly.

What sets ATX Headshots apart from other Austin corporate photographers?

Three things. First, eleven years specializing in corporate work specifically, not weddings or families or general portraits with a corporate sideline. Every workflow, every piece of equipment, every system is built for corporate team sessions at scale.

Second, corporate operational integration. Sign-up scheduling for your team, file renaming as we shoot, branded individual gallery delivery to every participant, file delivery ready for HR systems and directories. Most local photographers do not offer any of this. We do all of it on every project.

Third, matched-background consistency across multiple sessions and new hires. The technical practices that let a new hire's headshot drop cleanly into a team page shot two years ago. This is the reason corporate teams come back to us year after year.

How is pricing structured for corporate team headshots in Austin?

Pricing is per person with progressive tier rates, so larger teams pay less per person automatically. The first ten people in any project are billed at the small-team rate, the next bracket of people at a lower rate, and so on as the team size grows. A flat on-site studio setup is added for the location work.

On larger sessions, half-day and full-day flat rates are also calculated and applied if they produce a lower total. You always pay the better of the two.

Pricing tiers and a worked example are detailed in the pricing section above. Send your team size, location, and target date through the quote form for an exact quote tailored to your project.

Do you carry insurance for on-location corporate headshot sessions?

Yes. ATX Headshots carries full professional insurance coverage. A certificate of insurance can be provided to any corporate client whose procurement process or building requires one, typically within one business day of request.

Most large corporate offices, financial services firms, healthcare facilities, and shared workspaces require a COI before allowing vendors on-site. We handle this routinely as part of standard project setup.

Can you provide references from past corporate clients?

Yes. Corporate references are available on request from clients across financial services, technology, legal, professional services, and healthcare. References include named contacts who have managed corporate headshot projects through ATX Headshots and can speak to project execution, communication, and delivery.

For confidentiality reasons, references are shared one-to-one rather than published publicly. Most are provided within one business day of request.

What happens if you are unavailable on the day of our scheduled session?

Every corporate session has a documented backup plan. For illness, emergency, or any unavoidable conflict, the first option is to reschedule the session to the nearest available date with no change in pricing or scope.

For time-sensitive projects where rescheduling is not possible, ATX Headshots maintains relationships with a small network of vetted corporate-specialist photographers in Austin who can step in as second-shooter or replacement on documented project specifications. The session runs on the agreed date regardless of the individual photographer.

How do you handle confidential, NDA-required, or sensitive corporate sessions?

Confidentiality is standard for corporate sessions. NDAs are accepted for any project where the corporate client requires one, signed before any work begins and covering project details, attendee identities, and image use.

For sensitive sessions, image delivery can be locked to specific recipients, galleries can be set to private with no public sharing options, and files can be encrypted in transit. This is the workflow used by financial services firms, legal teams, healthcare organizations, and executive teams where confidentiality is mandatory.

How many people can you photograph in a half-day or full-day corporate session?

Half-day sessions accommodate up to sixty-five participants. Full-day sessions accommodate up to one hundred and thirty. Throughput runs at twenty or more participants per hour, with three to five minutes per person on average.

For larger projects that need to clear hundreds of people in a fixed window, second photographer and additional station setups are available. Multi-day team photo days can be split across departments, locations, or schedules with backgrounds matched precisely between sessions.

What do you bring on-location to our Austin office?

The full mobile studio. Calibrated studio strobes, professional backdrops in neutral and dark gray, posing tools, tethered review screen, lighting modifiers, and the same equipment used at our Cedar Park studio.

Setup takes forty-five minutes and the footprint is roughly ten feet by fifteen feet of clear floor space with one outlet. A boardroom, lobby corner, or unused office works perfectly. No construction, no dedicated room, no disruption to the rest of the floor.

How does scheduling work for a large team session?

For larger sessions we set up a custom sign-up form your team uses to book individual time slots in advance. Slots are typically three to five minutes apart depending on session type. Your participant list can be uploaded by CSV or your team can self-register through the form.

The schedule keeps the day running on time and removes your EA from chasing people down the morning of. Sign-up scheduling is available as part of larger quotes and is often included.

Can you handle remote team members who are not in Austin?

Yes. Remote employees can be photographed at our Cedar Park studio when they travel through Austin, then composited into the final team delivery. Backgrounds and lighting are matched precisely so the remote employee's headshot looks like it was taken with the rest of the team.

For fully distributed teams, multi-day on-location projects can be structured across multiple offices with the same setup at every session.

How do you handle new hires after the original team session?

Send us a sample of the original team headshots and we calibrate the new session to match. Same backdrop color, same lighting setup, same camera height and crop. The new headshot drops cleanly into your existing leadership page or directory.

This service is the reason corporate teams come back to us for years. Whether the original session was last month or two years ago, the matched session keeps your team page consistent without a full reshoot.

Do you handle multi-session and multi-day corporate projects?

Yes. Company-wide refreshes that span departments, locations, or schedules can be structured across multiple days with backgrounds and lighting matched precisely between sessions. The technical setup is identical at every session, so every face ends up on the same matched background.

Multi-day projects are common for full-roster employee headshot programs and large company refreshes.

How are files named and delivered after the corporate session?

Every captured image can be automatically renamed with the participant's name as we shoot, ready for HR systems, badge printers, company directories, and bar profiles. Each participant also receives their own branded online gallery delivered to their inbox after the session.

From the gallery, each person can select their final retouched images, download their favorites, and request additional retouching. Your EA does not have to coordinate fifty separate file deliveries.

What is the turnaround time for retouched final images?

Standard delivery is 5-7 business days from the day of the session, depending on team size and scope. Expedited delivery is available on request for time-sensitive launches, board meetings, press releases, and corporate communications deadlines.

Each retouched image includes natural skin retouching, blemish removal, glasses glare reduction, stray hair cleanup, and clothing adjustments. No plastic skin, no AI smoothing.

What happens if someone is unavailable on the day of the session?

Last-minute changes, no-shows, and walk-ups are accommodated on the day. If a key team member misses the session entirely, they can come to our Cedar Park studio for a single matched session, or we can return on-location for a small follow-up depending on team size.

Matched-background sessions keep the late additions consistent with the rest of the team.

Do you travel outside the Austin metro?

Yes. We travel for corporate sessions to San Antonio, Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth, and beyond. Out-of-area travel is quoted by trip based on distance, accommodation, team size, and project scope. Out-of-area minimums apply for small teams.

Austin metro coverage including Cedar Park, Round Rock, Georgetown, Leander, and Pflugerville is included with no additional travel fee.

Do you also photograph conference and convention headshot booths?

Yes. Conference, convention, and trade show headshot booths are a separate service with dedicated event flow, queue management, and lead capture. View our convention headshot booth page for booth-specific details and pricing.

For a corporate team session that happens at an event venue, the standard half-day or full-day on-location format applies.
